Subject: Excellent Service

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service and quality of my order. The quality of the tiles that I ordered, (Patch Work Quilt) and the low cost is amazing. I received my large order in less than a week by UPS Freight. I could not have duplicated that order in any local carpet store for three times the money and would probably have had to wait far longer for the delivery.
The install was straight forward however, due to the unusual size of my basement area that I was carpeting, 29ft by 29 ft, some cutting was necessary. Cutting these tiles is not easy and took many passes with a razor knife. This is not a bad thing and speaks to the quality of the tiles. If they were simple to cut that would indicate low quality.

Sunday, January 24, 2010- Hi Anthony, Well, the job is done and it looks fantastic!!! As promised, before/after pics attached. You'll have to forgive the walls being unfinished as we've not decided on what we want to cover them with. Now that the tough as nails carpet tiles are in, should help us make a decision. I was very impressed with how nice the tiles looked and how easy they were to cut/fit and install. Only thing I would suggest is maybe tougher shipping boxes. Two out of the three we got were almost completely apart - but the tiles were in perfect shape :) My parents are checking out your site now as they'd like to use carpet tiles in their utility room and part of the garage. Many thanks for all the professional help and special attention from Vicki. She was fantastic and I felt as though I had my special person just for me because three times in a row I got Vicki on the phone. She answered all my questions, helped me with color differences on two different products. The customer service was outstanding, comfortable and personable. Brenda was helpful and Chris at the warehouse and his staff were simply great. I picked up the tiles before 12:00 noon and the job was completed this evening. The installer did a beautiful job at our new office space. We are so pleased that my husband and I plan on purchasing more tiles for our basement. Thank you!!!!

We discovered the Milliken carpet tile in one of the building supply stores and liked them but the price was
more than we wanted to pay. After surfing the internet we discovered your web site and found the same tile
for 50-75% less. However, by that time we were in a rush mode to finish the room for the holiday. We dealt
with Vicky whom was a pleasure to work with. She helped me put together a "rush" type order so that we
could finish our recreation room in time for Year End.

We ordered the Milliken Tessarae Checkerboard carpet tiles. My son and I laid out an irregular sized 500 sq ft
room in roughly 5 hours which included the moving of furniture.

We could not have been happier with the result. We had some concern with the checkerboard we might get
some colored tiles that would not go with the room. We received mostly biege, tan, brown etc that matched
our room beautifully.

We received several compliments from our Year End dinner guests. In fact we passed along your name
and website to two who have upcoming projects and wish to explore the carpet tile experience.

July 29, 2008 To the staff at CarpetBargains: We want to express our satisfaction with the Milliken carpet tiles we purchased through your website.
The carpet was easy to install, which was important to us as we had never done anything like this and the price
was incredible! But most importantly, we were impressed by the actions of everyone involved with our order:
from the ladies that helped with the initial calls that were made - both of them answered all our questions with a
genuine helpfulness and were very pleasant to deal with to the driver that delivered the product (within THREE
days - wow!) who was friendly and helpful as well. We would also like to recognize the personnel that would
have been involved processing and packaging our order. Let me explain the appreciation that my husband and I have for your superior customer service. We are located in the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin area that was hard-hit by floods in the month of June of this year. I was amazed when my carpet tiles were already on the porch when I got home at lunch on Tuesday when I had
just ordered them on Friday! That was fast! The tiles are great and are the perfect color for some tile I was
matching it to- your web site really shows the true colors of the samples. Thank you for such great service.

Just wanted to let you know I got my tiles readily after my order and they are top quality. They look mighty good
on the walls of my sunroom. The Enhanced backing cut out quite a bit of noise and I've noticed the room is
much cooler. I ordered three boxes of the 18" and had just three tiles left plus remnants from cutting around a
door and windows. If I ever need more tiles, I will certainly place my order with you. Thanks for the quick

I just wanted to say thank you for your prompt service, and I absolutely love the carpet squares that I ordered.
I wasn't sure that I would be happy with ordering the "checkered" selection but due to budget constraints felt
that would be best for my large area. They worked out very nicely and were so easy to install. I did it completely
myself and they were easy to cut and fit when necessary. I have had very positive comments from my friends

My wife and I are DIY'ers and recently remodeled part of our 3 car unattached garage into a game room. After shopping locally for carpet, we decided to shop via the internet to see if we could find a better price on the product we chose to use.
We found your web-site and purchased the carpet shown in the attached photo. We are so pleased with the product, we wanted to drop you a quick note thanking you. The product we chose was identical to products carried by local carpet stores, but at a much lower price.

video games at all, but one of the older big ones is called Tetris. A lot of people have heard of it, especially if they
play games at all. When I saw your colors, I knew I could use them to make a Tetris styled carpet. I'll send you some
