We want to express our satisfaction with the Milliken carpet tiles we purchased through your website. The carpet was easy to install, which was important to us as we had never done anything like this and the price was incredible! But most importantly, we were impressed by the actions of everyone involved with our order: from the ladies that helped with the initial calls that were made - both of them answered all our questions with a genuine helpfulness and were very pleasant to deal with to the driver that delivered the product (within THREE days - wow!) who was friendly and helpful as well. We would also like to recognize the personnel that would have been involved processing and packaging our order.

Let me explain the appreciation that my husband and I have for your superior customer service. We are located in the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin area that was hard-hit by floods in the month of June of this year. Although we were better off than most, the damage that we had in our finished basement disrupted our lives. Your staff, with their friendliness and helpfulness made the clean up and restoration easier on us.

There is a freight up-charge for shipments going to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or any other island within the U.S including those in and around the remaining 48 states.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY means the truck line brings the tile to the ground floor of your residential address
where you will need to make arrangements to carry the cases inside/upstairs.
Deliveries over 360 Sq. Ft. will be delivered by truckline.
You will need to have somebody at home that can receive the tiles and can help with the off loading of the tile cases.
Business deliveries require a loading dock / receiving area for the truckline to off load.
Business delivery does not include carrying the cases into the business.
The drivers will help off load the tiles but somebody should be available to assist.
The average weight of each case is approx. 40 lbs.**
