**RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY does not include carrying the cases into the house, condo or into an apartment building.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY means the truck line brings the tile to the ground floor of your residential address
where you will need to make arrangements to carry the cases inside/upstairs.
Deliveries over 360 Sq. Ft. will be delivered by truckline.
You will need to have somebody at home that can receive the tiles and can help with the off loading of the tile cases.
Business deliveries require a loading dock / receiving area for the truckline to off load.
Business delivery does not include carrying the cases into the business.
The drivers will help off load the tiles but somebody should be available to assist.
The average weight of each case is approx. 40 lbs.**

	Can you install carpet tile on top of cushion? No, carpet tile must be installed on a hard surface, Wood, vinyl, concrete, Etc.
	Is primer used on concrete or wood? No, this is not necessary.
	How do you cut the carpet tile? Use an inexpensive utility razor knife and cut it from the back.
	How do I know How many Square feet to order? Multiply the length in feet times the width of each area in feet then add 5% for trimming and waste. This will give you the number of square feet to order. If you want a few extra tiles for future replacement, add 10% rather than 5%.
	Are cushion backed tiles better than the regular hard back vinyl? Enhanced cushion back is only 1/8 inch thick, so after it is installed, we doubt that you can tell one from the other. All commercial carpet tile has a moisture barrier sheet in the backing which is ridged and will not give much under foot, so cushion is really not too effective. From years of experience, we find vinyl back to be just as comfortable.
	Can I match up the graphics designs in the carpet tiles when we are installing them? All graphics designed carpet tile has what we call a “monkey match pattern”. In other words, the carpet tiles fall where they will and do not have an exact match. However the patterns look very good once they are installed.
	How quickly do you ship once you receive an order? Any style you see on this web site is in our warehouse and ready for shipment unless it was sold the prior day, so we ship within 24 to 48 hours maximum.
	How often do you update your web site? Every weekday morning by 11 am eastern time.
	Are your carpet tiles 1st quality? Yes, all our tiles are first quality over-runs or first quality dropped styles and colors.
	Do the size of the tiles make a difference? On small jobs the 18 x 18 sizes can help to reduce your waste and the 36 x 36 inch tiles should only be used when doing a very large area.
	Is there a difference in the type of backing used? Not really. The enhanced cushion back is used mainly by one manufacturer and the vinyl back is used by several others. They all wear about the same. You should choose the tiles you like by the color and pattern and not worry about the backing.
	Can we back order tiles if there is not enough in stock? No, we only handle drops and over-runs and are not able to repeat most styles and colors. What you see is what we have and once sold usually does not repeat.
